PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus which can use a winding previously manufactured, can completely close a winding chamber as much as possible, and can moreover obtain a high copper charging rate as much as possible. SOLUTION: A member for the electrical apparatus has a T-shaped section, the T-shaped section is formed with a leg 7 and a head 6, and the leg 7 has a recessed part 2 extended almost symmetrically with respect to a symmetry axial line 12 serving as the center further in a lengthwise direction in an end face 10 positioned in an opposite side to the head 6 to be provided with a direction in parallel with the concerned head 6.
