<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing common salt for improving and promoting human health conditions, a method for producing common salt able to control the taste of the common salt. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the common salt comprises a dissolution process I for preparing a saturated solution by dissolving natural crystal salt in water, a precipitation process II for aging the saturated solution, a mineral-addition process III, a negative ion introduction process IV for introducing negative ion and activating the same, a heat and concentration process V for heating and concentrating the negative ion introduced solution and precipitating crystals, a dehydration process VI for removing water from precipitated crystals, a natural pigment-addition process VII and a drying process VIII for drying dehydrated crystals. The common salt having passed through the mineral-addition process III and the natural pigment-addition process VII is enhanced in specific minerals and brought to be colored by the imaging natural pigment. When the common salt is crystallized in 3 precipitation orders in the heat concentration process V, the common salt is brought to have a different taste depending on the different orders in which the common salt is precipitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
