PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-power connector assembly enabling two connectors that are quickly demountable with each other, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The quick connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector constructed to form an electrical connection part that is quickly decouplod. The first connector has a collar portion, connectable to a welding cable and a stem portion consisting of a shank section and a threaded section. The second connector has a recessed portion for storing the stem portion of the first connector, and it electrically engages with a shank portion and a threaded portion of the first connector.
