PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-chip bus system capable of preventing the degradation of a through-put with a small FIFO configuration. SOLUTION: When a first FIFO 141A in which read data to be outputted from a first slave device 12A are stored is put in a full state, the free space of a second FIFO 141B in which read data to be outputted from a second slave device 12B are stored is confirmed, and the read data are written in the second FIFO 141B when the second FIFO 141B is not put in a full state, and the first FIFO 141A is bypassed under the control a control circuit 142A.
