PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a function of detecting and indicating peeling, the sheet improved in the contrast of indicating peeling and in security. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a base layer 1 and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, wherein the base layer comprises a base layer support 4 having a relief face H on one surface where a relief hologram is formed, and a peeling layer 5 to display a non-open type indication of peeling in a part of the relief face side of the base layer support.
