PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device capable of improving intake capability for an engine. SOLUTION: An air cleaner 13 is provided with an air cleaner box having feeding ports 114, 115 for feeding intake air sucked into internal spaces 104, 105 from the outside into a throttle body 80 side and a duct 113 extended into the internal spaces 104, 105 from the feeding ports 114, 115. An opening end face on the intake upstream side of the duct 113 is constituted to incline relative to the direction of passing of intake air in the feeding ports 114, 115 and open toward the upstream side of intake air in the internal spaces 104, 105.
