PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive internal facing finishing material having a high antibacterial property, usable as a floor material and a wall installing material, and having an appearance and surface physical properties, by using a dolomite-based mineral. SOLUTION: In this internal facing backing material, the internal facing backing material is composed of a coating film including a calcination material of dolomite or a slaked material of the dolomite. The inexpensive internal facing finishing material having the high antibacterial property and high safety, can be provided for relieving the problem of the sanitary aspect to bacteria such as hospital infection and food poisoning by generation of the bacteria.
