PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the improvement of a workability/safety, the prevention of deterioration of metal quality and the improvement of a productivity, etc., by restraining the spattering of molten metal, the growth of stickiness of an icicle-like solidified material etc., and the mixture of inclusion of slag etc., caused by the turbulence of molten metal flow made to flow-down in a nozzle for pouring the molten metal when the molten metal is poured for casting/discharging from a molten metal vessel. SOLUTION: A setting structure 20 of the nozzle for pouring the molten metal is set by protruding the upper end surface of the nozzle 1 for pouring the molten metal, forming a groove-like rugged surface 3 from the upper end surface of tuyere refractory 4 etc., arranged on the outer periphery of the nozzle 1 for pouring the molten metal. The upper end of the nozzle 1 for pouring the molten metal is set to the position, protruded from the upper end of a lining refractory at the bottom part of the tuyere refractory 4 or the molten metal vessel.
