This invention provides a cement kiln extraction gas dust treatment system and treatment method that can efficiently remove lead from cement kiln combustion gas extraction gas dust while maintaining low equipment cost and operation cost. This cement kiln extraction gas treatment system (1) includes a probe (3) for conducting gas extraction while cooling a part of combustion gas from a kiln waste gas flow path extending from the behind of a cement kiln (2) to the lowermost stage cyclone, a classifier (5) for separating coarse powder of dust contained in combustion gas extracted by the probe (3), a wet dust collector (6) for collecting extraction gas containing fines discharged from the classifier (5), and devices (12, 13) for supplying a sulfurizing agent for sulfurizing lead contained in the kiln waste gas into the wet dust collector (6). Preferably, the sulfurizing agent is added from sulfurizing agent supply devices (12, 13) to a circulation liquid tank (7) or a slurry circulation pump (9). A slurry obtained by the wet dust collector (6) is separated into lead-containing froth and gypsum-containing tail side slurry by flotation equipment(14, 17, 18).
