<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator capable of suppressing energy loss, enabling the conservation of a space and the reduction of workers required and excellent in mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A lamination oven 1 and a curing oven 29 are connected in series. The lamination oven 1 is equipped with an upper chamber 12, which is equipped with a diaphragm 10 and an air supply and exhaust port 11, and a lower chamber 15, which is equipped with a heating plate 13 and an air suction and exhaust port 14, in a freely openable and closable manner and also equipped with a vacuum degassing means 18. The curing oven 29 is equipped with the upper chamber 12, which separately has the diaphram 10, a suction port 30 and an exhaust port 31, and the lower chamber 15, which has the heating plate 13, in a freely openable and closable manner. A material 4 to be laminated is preheated on a feed-in conveyor 7 by a heating means 6 to be successively treated in the lamination oven 1 and the curing oven 29 and fed out by a feed-out conveyor 9 equipped with a cooling means 8 to complete lamination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
