PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conical shape involute gear pair capable of realizing correct meshing even when dislocating the gear. SOLUTION: The relation of the pair of conical shape involute gears 101P, 101G is specified by a meshing model using a design pitch point P as reference. When perpendicular-to-axis addendum modification coefficient of the conical shape involute gear 101P on one side is x<SB>p</SB>, a generated conical angle isδ<SB>p</SB>, perpendicular-to-axis addendum modification coefficient of the conical shape involute gear 101G on the other side is x<SB>G</SB>, and a generated conical angle isδ<SB>G</SB>, specifications are set to satisfy the expression of x<SB>p</SB>/x<SB>G</SB>=-cosδ<SB>p</SB>/cosδ<SB>G</SB>.
