PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-out apparatus for tablets or the like, which is capable of surely taking out the tablet or the like without cracking, breakage or deformation. SOLUTION: The take-out apparatus includes a transfer roller 37 for pinching and carrying one side of a PTP sheet S on its outer peripheral surface, a transfer roller 38 for pinching and carrying the other side of the PTP sheet S on its outer peripheral surface, a transfer roller 34 provided between the transfer rollers 37 and 38, and pressing rollers 35 and 36 for pressing a recess of the PTP sheet S from the front side toward the rear side. The pressing roller 35 is provided between the transfer rollers 37 and 34, and the pressing roller 36 is provided between the transfer rollers 38 and 34. A region of the roller 34 making contact with the PTP sheet S is shifted toward the rotation axis direction of the pressing rollers 35 and 36 from a position where the PTP sheet S is pinched by the transfer roller 37 and a position where the PTP sheet S is pinched by the transfer roller 38.
