<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish between an object to be blurred and an object not to be blurred to generate a real image full of sense of speed. <P>SOLUTION: A game space including a mobile body is divided into a front space and a rear space of the mobile body in a view from a viewpoint. Next, an image (a rearward background image) IM1 of the rear space and an image (a forward background image) IM5 of the front space are generated on the basis of the viewpoint, and the prescribed blur processing is applied to the respective rear background image IM1 and front background image IM5 to generate a rear background blur image IM2 and a front background blur image IM6. An image IM3 of the mobile body is generated on the basis of the viewpoint. The mobile body image IM3 is overwritten and synthesized to a mobile body blur image IM4, and the rear background blur image IM6 is overwritten and synthesized to an image IM11 after the synthesis to generate an image IM22 of the game space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
