PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of an inkjet head capable of surely detecting defective ejection of ink in a simple structure. SOLUTION: When a drive voltage Vc is applied to a piezoelectric element 1 and a piezoelectric element 2, a differential amplifier circuit 3 detects a differential voltage between a point A and a point B to supply the differential voltage to a determination circuit 5 through an A/D converter 4. When the differential voltage is less than a threshold, the determination circuit 5 determines that both of the piezoelectric elements 1, 2 are not defective. When the differential voltage is higher than the threshold, the determination circuit 5 determines that the piezoelectric element 1 or the piezoelectric element 2 is defective.
