The partitioning system with wall elements (1-4) consists of panel elements fastened to frame profiles with spacing in relation to one another, whereby the frame profiles are installed at least on the upper side and lower side of the panel elements. Mounting profiles in which the wall elements fit are provided on the ceiling and the floor. The wall elements are movably supported in the mounting profiles and interconnected through connecting profiles which are supported on the mounting profiles and connected to the wall elements by a plug-in connector.
