<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for fish culture intended for effective use of food waste, free from giving sense of incompatibility to fed fish and shellfish or preventing biting, excellent in water quality maintainability through stabilizing ammonia state nitrogen in excrement and preventing ammonia state nitrogen from scattering in water to keep water quality clean, excellent in fish culture workability and energy saving through lessening an amount of exchanging water for water quality cleansing, making fish culture intensive with easy facilities and discharging heavy metals in water and the body to outside the system. <P>SOLUTION: The feed for fish culture contains fermented food lees.
