THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive sheet in which it is not required to pack a thermally conductive filler in high packing ratio and remarkable lowering of flexibility is suppressed to improve a reinforcing property and high heat conductivity is imparted. SOLUTION: The thermally conductive sheet comprises a blended product of polymers and the sheet is obtained by formulating at least elastomer with the thermally conductive filler having an insulating property, a tackifier and a crystalline polymer. The thermally conductive sheet having high strength and high conductivity can be obtained by including the crystalline polymer into a matrix component and enhancing interaction between the thermally conductive filler and a matrix phase.
