The inner component includes a transition part and a nozzle. The expanded space is between the inner component and the nozzle. The nozzle has a passage and two open ends, one end is connected with the transition part, the other end is communicated with the expanded space. The outer shape of the nozzle may be round, triangle, rectangle, pentagon, hexagon, and the inner shape of passage may be round, triangle, quadrangle, pentagon, hexagon. Some grooves extend from inner circle of the passage toward out. The airflow, which passes through transition part and is jetted from the nozzle, forms a complex volute in the expanded space, which changes the pulsating airflow into a stable airflow, so reducing vibration.
