[PROBLEMS] To uniformize, in assembling, the compressed amount of an ink storage body in stamping even in a seal having swing structure. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Cylindrical ribs (116) and arch-shaped ribs (117) are formed on the side of a holding member (120) opposed to a support case (201) so as to hold guide members (123). The ribs (116) and the ribs (117) are not brought into contact with the support case (201) when a fixed printing part (100) is apart from a body case (2). Since the spiral grooves (121) of the holding member (120) are engaged with bosses (2c) (See Fig. 3) at the inside part of the body case (2), the fixed printing part (100) is swingable about an axis connecting a pair of engagement parts of the bosses (2c) with the spiral grooves (121) to each other in a direction orthogonal to an exposed hole (114). When the fixed printing part (100) is installed in the body case (2), the ribs (116) and the ribs (117) are brought into contact with the end part of the support case (201). Accordingly, since the swing of the fixed printing part is restricted by the ribs (116) and the ribs (117), the seal can be prevented from being rattled.
