<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the ON/OFF control of a clock to be inputted to an integrated circuit, and to simultaneously confirm the operations of a plurality of clock disconnection detecting circuit without giving any influence to the other circuit section in this integrated circuit at the time of performing circuit evaluation. <P>SOLUTION: This integrated circuit 10 for detecting clock disconnection without stopping a clock to be inputted is provided with a clock disconnection detecting part 20 for detecting clock disconnection and a clock mask control part 21 for inputting a clock to be inputted to the clock disconnection detecting part 20 before it is inputted to the clock disconnection detecting part 20, and for outputting the clock to the clock disconnection detecting part 20 by masking it when mask setting is in an ON state, and for outputting the clock as it is when the mask setting is in an OFF state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
