PRINTING METHOD OF FABRIC USING NATURAL DYES WITH TWO PHASE METHOD

PURPOSE: A printing method of fabric is characterized by using natural dyes, dyeing the fabric with a two phase method and developing color of the natural dyes well. The fabric has excellent antibacterial property, anti-allergic property and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: A printing method of fabric using natural dyes with a two phase method is as follows: mordanting silk, cellulose fabric or blended fabric thereof at 40-80deg.C for 10-60min. with a mordant having 1-30% o.w.f of concentration; printing patterns with a color size comprised of the natural dyes and a printing size; drying the fabric; and then steaming the fabric in a steamer at 100-105deg.C for 10-60min. to remove the unfixed color size.
