<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work load of periodical cleaning of a dust filter in an air conditioner performed by a user. <P>SOLUTION: Dust-containing air is passed through a gap between a needle electrode 1and a counter electrode 2, and a filter 3 is installed downstream of the ventilation direction A. A movable suction nozzle 4 is connected to a suction device 6 through a suction hose 5, and moves along the upstream side surface of the filter 3, and removes the dust accumulating on the filter 3 from the all the corners, which enables automatic cleaning of the filter, and remarkable reduction of the user's periodical maintenance operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
