PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device provided with a damper for supporting a ball screw to improve vehicle performance by eliminating noise and vibration generated at the time of an operation of the ball screw device. SOLUTION: This device has a structure in which the damper is installed to eliminate vibration and noise generated due to rolling motions of a plurality of balls between a ball nut and the ball screw at the time of the operation of the ball screw device, and the damper is installed to perform damping by supporting the ball screw on the ball nut to reduce noise and vibration between inner peripheral surfaces of the ball nut screw-connected to the ball screw by interposing an outer peripheral surface of the ball screw and the plurality of balls.
