PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe intubation support device which enables an easy and reliable intubation work by an easy operation and an intubation support apparatus equipped with the intubation support device. SOLUTION: The intubation support apparatus 100 includes a main body 10 of the apparatus and the intubation support device 300 equipped with an insertion portion 11 which is detachably attached to the main body 10, is inserted toward the trachea of a patient from the mouth of the patient, and has a groove 15 formed along the longitudinal direction. The insertion portion 11 of the intubation support device 300 has a lost part 154 where a part except the outer wall distal end part 152A of a curbed part 11B is lost at an outer wall part 152 provided on the curved part 11B.
