PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram information recording medium where excellent recording and reproduction can be carried out by preventing a photopolymer recording layer which is not irradiated with light from flowing. SOLUTION: The hologram recording medium 1 formed by stacking a 1st light-transmissive substrate 2, the photopolymer recording layer 3, and a 2nd light-transmissive substrate 5 in order has a plurality of projection parts 4, partitioning the photopolymer recording layer 3, formed on one or both of opposite surfaces of the 1st and 2nd light-transmissive substrates 2 and 5.
