PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clean and inexpensive power generation, by using terrestrial gravitation. SOLUTION: A large number of weight bodies 2 are arranged at equal intervals on a side surface of a disk body 1. In a base part of these weight bodies, a support shaft 8 is arranged in a groove hole 7, and support bars 3 and 4 are arranged in a body. The weight bodies press the support bar 3 as gradually inclining downward by its dead weight on the right side by rotation of the disk body. The weight bodies are thrust outside by resistance of the support bars, and the weight bodies similarly press the support bar 4 downward by its dead weight on the left side, and the weight bodies are thrust back inward by the resistance of the support bars 4. Thus, a lateral gravitational balance is lost when the right side is heavy and gravitation is reduced on the lift, and the disk body continuously autorotates. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
