PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall bearing structure which improves the locational accuracy between wall panel members, facilitates locational adjustment from inside a building, and exerts good working efficiency. SOLUTION: According to the wall bearing structure, a stud main body 17a has a placing surface 17b, and tongue-like mounting surfaces 17d, 17d which are integrally formed with the main body and extended from upper and lower edges of the same almost at right angles toward the interior of the building. Each mounting surface 17d has a plate-like flat portion 17e elastically deformable to the inside and outside of a plane, and the flat portion 17e has a fixing hole 23 vertically formed near a front edge thereof, as a fixing point through which a screw portion 21a of a bolt member 21 of a fastening member 20 is inserted. Then when a tapping screw 25 is rotated, according to a screwing amount of a screw portion 25a into an inner side surface of a screw hole 24, a protruding amount of a front end 25b of the screw portion 25a protruding from a lower surface of the mounting surface 17d, is determined.
