PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance jet performance of a fluid jet means. SOLUTION: This fluid jet apparatus comprises a nozzle hole 26 from which a jet forming rough and fine water particles or water masses in a layered shape is emitted in such a manner as to oscillate in a direction perpendicular to a layer surface. Thus, the rough and fine water particles or water masses are generated in the layered shape in an oscillated manner from nozzles 22 and 23, so that a layered large area can be washed. The jet is made rough or fine by being formed into the water particles or the water masses, so that the strength and weakness of the jet can occur, so that a sense of strong washing can be made conspicuous, and so that the compatibility of the strength with a wide range of washing can be realized.
