PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of a processing state of a job in an MF machine for executing job request data transmitted from a client PC with voice.

SOLUTION: When the job request data for requesting the execution of the job by using voice read-aloud software are generated in the client PC 100, the client PC 100 adds a notification request flag to the job request data and transmits them to the MF machine 200 via a network 300. When the notification request flag is added to the received job request data, the MF machine 200 outputs data showing the processing state of the job by a voice means.
