<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a retrieving person by reducing a time for the retrieving person who retrieves a delivery to retrieve the specified delivery from a rack when the ID of the delivery used for storing the delivery is not identified. <P>SOLUTION: This delivery retrieval system comprises the rack 101 having a plurality of mail retrieval rack parts 10 having storage parts which stores cases 13 with radio tags storing delivery and in which antennas with radio tags are disposed and a light emitting diode 15 disposed according to the storage parts. Radio is outputted from the antennas for radio tags in order to the radio tags to retrieve whether a keyword corresponding to an ID for retrieval is recorded in the radio tag or not.
