PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a message reproducing person can reproduce a message even if a telephone number of a registered person is not known when the message is stored while being made to correspond to the telephone number of the registered person. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by: a step in which a 3rd telephone number recorded as a terminating telephone number of data whose originating telephone number is identical to a 2nd telephone number or an originating telephone number of data whose terminating telephone number is identical to the 2nd telephone number is referred to in a history DB wherein a communication history is previously recorded while originating telephone numbers and terminating telephone numbers are made to correspond to each other at a request to reproduce message data registered while being made to correspond to a 1st telephone number from the 2nd telephone number for the message data; and a step in which message data of data whose 1st telephone number is identical to the 3rd telephone number are reproduced.
