PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute chromaticity change of white color simply and without inconvenience, in accordance with uses of and user needs on an organic EL panel. SOLUTION: An organic EL element 10 made by pinching an organic layer containing at least an organic EL layer 4 between a pair of electrodes (a lower electrode 2 and an upper electrode 3) of which, at least an electrode at one side is composed of a transparent conductive film, is formed on a substrate 1, and a chromaticity correction filter 5 is provided between the organic EL layer 4 and the lower electrode (the transparent conductive film) 2 with the lower electrode 2 as the transparent conductive film.
