PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylene-based resin composition that has excellent heat resistance, low-temperature impact resistance and balance of tear strength between tear strength in the machine direction (MD) and tear strength in the transverse direction (TD), its film and laminate. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based resin composition comprises a polypropylene block copolymer and an amorphousα-olefin-based copolymer that has 0.01-50g/10 minutes melt flow rate and satisfies formula (1) Ua≤1.5×Sa×(Ta/100)<SP>3.3</SP>(Ua is the modulus in flexure (MPa) of a resin composition for evaluation composed of 50 wt.% of the amorphousα-olefin-based copolymer and 50 wt.% of a homopolypropylene resin having specific physical properties; Sa and Ta are the modulus in flexure (MPa) and the mixing ratio (50 wt.%) of the homopolypropylene resin contained in the resin composition for evaluation, respectively).
