<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a center pillar, even if providing a outward-opening type front door and a gull wing type rear door as side doors of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The side doors of the vehicle 1 are constituted of the outward-opening type front door 2 and the gull wing type rear door 3. A center shaft of a hinge 7 for openably/closably mounting the rear door 3 in almost the vertical direction at an end edge of a roof 6 is inclined to a vehicle center side at a rear side of the vehicle. Strikers 11 fixed to each of the end edge of the roof 6 and a side sill 10 is engaged to latches 12 mounted on each of upper and lower sides of the front door 2.
