The network for a code division local communication without a central exchange station comprises (a) a common syncronizing part including a repeater which is syncronized by the long-length code train; (b) a transmitter which delays the signal from a common syncronizing part that mixes subscriber data signals and transmits the mixed signal on the communication line; (c) a receiver which delays the signal from a common syncronizing part that operates autocorrelation for subscriber data.
