<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily listen to a surround musical sound with high sound quality without worrying about the remaining capacity of a battery during use of a mobile terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: A docking system supplies charging electric power to the mobile phone through a charging output connector input connector. In the mobile phone, a decoder for musical sound data divides coded musical sound data of MP3, AAC, etc., into reproduction delay information and right and left sound data and processes them to generate virtual surround musical sound data and a digital-to-analog conversion part converts them into an analog musical sound signal, which is amplified by a musical sound output AMP and inputted to SPK AMP of the docking system through a SPK output connector input connector. The SPK AMP separates the musical sound signal into intermediate-frequency band, high-frequency band, and low-frequency band signals, which are outputted as a musical sound through right and left independent squawkers and tweeters and a right/left common woofer respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
