<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack with a separator having an improved channel structure for smoothing the flow of hydrogen or fuel and oxygen, and to provide a fuel cell system including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 100 comprises the stack 7 including at least one electricity generating part 19 for generating energy with the reaction of fuel with oxygen, a fuel supply source 1 for supplying the fuel to the electricity generating part 19, and an oxygen supply source 5 for supplying the oxygen to the electricity generating part 19. The electricity generating part 19 has a membrane-electrode assembly 21 and a plurality of moving channels for allowing the flow of the fuel and the oxygen, and it serves as separators 23, 25 arranged in close contact with both faces of the membrane-electrode assembly 21.
