PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid variations in the reference voltage applied to each linear electrode of a first striped electrode, when electric charges are read, which relates to a radiation solid-state detector, in which the electric charges are generated and accumulated through irradiation with radiation and the accumulated electric charges are read through irradiation with electromagnetic radiation for reading. SOLUTION: An alternating stripe electrode comprises first and second striped electrode arrays which are arranged alternately and almost parallel to each other. The first striped electrode consists of multiple linear electrodes which are transparent to a predetermined type of electromagnetic radiation, and the second striped electrode consists of multiple linear electrodes which are opaque to the predetermined type of electromagnetic radiation.
