<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap in which an opening can be easily and surely formed by a straw while strength and sealability as the cap are held. <P>SOLUTION: In the plastic cap which consists of a top plate part and a skirt part hung down from the top plate part and enables the opening to be formed by the straw, on the top plate part, a recessed part consisting of a bottom part and a side face inclined into a cone shape is formed, and on at least side face of the recessed part, a thick-walled part extending toward the center of the recessed part from a non-breakable thin-walled part formed around the upper part of the side face is formed, and a part except the outer edge of the thick-walled part making contact with the non-breakable thin part is surrounded with a breakable thin-walled part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
