EVALUATION SYSTEM OF PRODUCT USING VIRTUAL HUMAN BODY MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of evaluating to which extent a user can easily operate a variety of parts of a product by using a virtual human body model.

SOLUTION: The system has: a product data storage part 1 for storing three-dimensional shape data of the product; a product image generating means 2 for generating a CG image of the product on the basis of three-dimensional shape data read from the product data storage part 1; an information input means 5 for inputting information on the user of the product; a human body model image generating means 6 for generating the CG image of the virtual human body model on the basis of the inputted information; an image display means 4 for synthesizing and displaying the CG image of the product generated by the product image generating means 2 with the CG image of the virtual human body model generated by the virtual human body model image generating means 6; a coordinates specifying means 7 for specifying coordinates on the product image displayed; and a comparison operating means 8 for deciding whether or not the specified coordinates on the product exist within operable space of the virtual human body model.
