<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum insulation material capable of minimizing a mixing amount of a binder and simply compression-molding without mixing or heating the binder. <P>SOLUTION: In the vacuum insulation material which reduces in pressure and seals its inside by covering a core material and an adsorbent 2 with an outer cover material 3, upon gathering a plurality of massive crushed objects 1 (glass-fiber collective bodies) as the core material, the vacuum insulation material composed of the core materials in which a mixing amount of a binder is minimized in order to settle the plurality of glass-fiber collective bodies or the binder is not mixed can be provided. Upon applying a glass-fiber core material of the vacuum insulation material canceling the glass-fiber collective bodies or a crushed object 1 obtained by roughly crushing the glass-fiber insulation material prepared for a home and building as the core material, the vacuum insulation material, in which investment in plant and equipment is little and material costs of the binder and energy costs for heating are not necessary and big costs are not required as a whole, can be mounted on equipment and machines. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
