<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently extract a desired compound from compounds to be subjected to examination in a compound extracting device. <P>SOLUTION: Data E indicating interaction between a target protein U, and the compounds J1, J2, etc. to be subjected to examination measured by a surface plasmon measuring device 40 are inputted in a compound extracting part 20. Data D1 and D2 indicating interaction between proteins T1 and T2 for reference of one or more types, and the compounds J1, J2, etc. to be subjected to examination are inputted in the compound extracting part 20 from data D1, D2, D3, etc. stored in a database storing part 10. The compound extracting part 20 extracts a compound having a difference between the interaction indicated with respect to the target protein U, and the interaction indicated with respect to the proteins T1 and T2 for reference from the compounds J1, J2, etc. to be subjected to examination on the basis of the inputted data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
