<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key reduced in thickness while engagement recessed/projected parts are formed on both front and rear surfaces of a body part. <P>SOLUTION: In this key 11 having the body part 42 which brings the rotor of a cylinder lock into a rotatable state by inserting it into the cylinder lock and collating it with the cylinder lock through recessed/projected parts, the first recessed part 54 is formed at the first corner part 53 of the body part 42, and a first engagement recessed/projected part 39 for collating it with the cylinder lock through the recessed/projected part is formed on the side face 54a of the first recessed part 54. The second recessed part 64 is formed at the second corner part 63 of the body part 42, and the second engagement recessed/projected part 65 for collating it with the cylinder lock through the recessed/projected parts is formed on the side face 64a of the second recessed part 64. As viewed from a direction crossingly perpendicular to a surface F1, the first recessed part 54 and the second recessed part 64 are formed at a position where they are not interfered with each other, and the total length of a length L1 of the first recessed part 54 in the thickness direction t and a length L2 of the second recessed part 64 in the thickness direction t is formed to be equal to a length 3 of the body part 42 in the thickness direction t. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
