PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target enabling laser point light to secure the quantity of range-finding light of a coaxial non-prism type surveying device, and enabling efficient visualization of the transmitted laser point light, and a target capable of extending the range-finding distance by securing stably the quantity of range-finding light. SOLUTION: This target is equipped with a reflecting diffusing layer 53 for reflecting and diffusing the range-finding light by receiving the laser point light 62 for showing the position and the range-finding light 61 for measuring the distance from the surveying device, a wavelength filter layer 54 for transmitting selectively the laser point light transmitted through the reflecting diffusing layer, and a transmitting defusing layer 55 for expanding and transmitting the laser point light transmitted through the wavelength filter layer in a specific direction.
