摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A hot metal manufacturing method is provided to increase process productivity and reduce fuel consumption by concentrating dust generated in fluidization reduction process and briquette manufacturing process into sludge, thereby recycling the dust. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing hot metal in a fluidized bed type smelting reduction ironmaking facility comprising a fluidized bed reduction furnace(200) comprising one or more of reactors for fluidization reducing fine iron ore and subsidiary raw materials, an agglomeration unit(310) for manufacturing fine reduced iron and subsidiary raw materials into briquette, a separator(320) for separating multiple rows of briquette into individual briquette, melter gasifier(500) for producing hot metal by melting the separated briquette and a melter gasifier cyclone(510) for supplying dust into the melter gasifier(500) again and supplying gas as a reduced gas of the fluidized bed reduction furnace(200), wherein the melter gasifier cyclone(510) and fluidized bed reduction furnace(200) are connected through a reduced gas supply pipe(511), and the melter gasifier(500) and melter gasifier cyclone(510) are connected through a dust circulation pipe(502), the hot metal manufacturing method using the dust as raw material by agglomerating dust generated into briquette comprises the steps of concentrating the collected dust into sludge by collecting dust generated from the fluidized bed reduction furnace(200), agglomeration unit(310) and separator(320); dehydrating and drying the sludge; and supplying the sludge to the agglomeration unit(310) in a blending amount of 10 weight parts or less for 100 weight parts of fine reduced iron supplied to the agglomeration unit(310).</p>
