PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse the data of an application after sufficiently securing the safety of the stored and held application. SOLUTION: Concerning this application registration reusing method, the data of an application 10 applied from an applicant are enciphered by a first key and written in an application file 21, the first key is enciphered by a second key and written on a storage medium 17 to be delivered to the applicant, the first key is canceled and the second key is stored and held. Then, the first key written and enciphered on the storage medium carried by the applicant is deciphered by the stored and held second key and data 25a of the application read out of the application file 21 and enciphered are deciphered by this deciphered first key and outputted. |
