Wastewater treatment that highly reduces organic pollution and comprises nutrients phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) without the use of reagents comprises: (a) a first anoxic stage comprising a wastewater flow input where wastewater is circulated to obtain the liquid; (b) passing in an anaerobic treatment zone, post-anoxic area, and to an oxic stage; and (c) passing in a decanter or clarifier for the separation of sludge from the clarified liquid. An independent claim is included for an equipment for wastewater treatment.
