<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multifunctional interactive man-machine fitness equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The multifunctional interactive man-machine fitness equipment is constituted of a detachable controller with a single chip and can be combined with an interface for coupling conventional fitness equipment and a personal computer to thereby enable the conventional fitness equipment to become an interactive man-machine fitness equipment realizing a 3D virtual reality world. The international standard communication protocol is employed for bilateral communication between the detachable controller and the personal computer and a combination between the detachable controller and the fitness equipment is constituted by a mail slot and a master slot. After combining the detachable controller with the personal computer, program information of the personal computer is automatically detected.
