PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a receiving electric power measuring device dispensing with a power meter, and a receiving power source facility capable of being equipped with a power conditioner having a load-following function dispensing with the power meter. SOLUTION: In the receiving power source facility provided with an electricity storage system consisting of a power storage battery 13 and a power conditioner 12 for power conversion, a monitor control panel 12A of the electricity storage system for obtaining the receiving electric energy of a receiving equipment 14, utilizes an integral power consumption meter 14A for obtaining an integral power consumption by producing pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the receiving electric energy of the receiving power equipment. An electric energy operator 16 takes in the pulse signal from the integral power consumption meter, the pulse signal is repeatedly taken in in parallel with a delay time Td between a plurality of electric energy operator elements. Each of the electric energy operator elements counts the pulse number of the pulse signals at every certain time T and by multiplying a integral power meter scale to the pulse number and dividing it with the time T, the receiving electric energy is obtained.
