<p>Disclosed is a tumbling toy for enhancing educational effect using a tumbling toy, in which a picture card or a letter block is attached to an upper portion of the tumbling toy. The tumbling toy (10) includes a partially cut-away spherical shape with a circular plate part (13) and a curved part (12), and a centroid object (11) disposed on a central portion of the curved part of the body. The tumbling toy further includes at least one first coupling means on the circular plate part (13), wherein the first coupling means is disposed in at least any one of a pair of quartering lines per¬ pendicular to each other, and at least two second coupling means on an outer surface of the curved part, wherein the second coupling means is disposed near at least two opposite quartering points at which one of the quartering lines is crossed with a shared circumferential outer edge of the circular plate part and the curved part of the body. By such a configuration, since the picture card or letter block recovers its original vertical orientation a moment after tipping over according to the tipping motion of a tumbling toy, kids become interested in the picture card or the letter block, so that educational efficiency is enhanced. Further, when a plurality of the tipping toys is combined in a predetermined arrangement, the arrangement of the tumbling toys produces a word or a story. As a result, kids can be interested in the tumbling toys and thus educational effect is enhanced.</p> |
